You become a Subscriber and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • By completing the 421 Entertainment Ltd membership form you are agreeing to the terms of this agreement. These terms and conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of 421 Entertainment Ltd. It is the responsibility of each member to refer to this page for additions and/or changes to this contact. One you have completed and submitted the join form you have become a subscribing 'member'.
  • As a member you are responsible for paying periodic membership fees in accordance with the current fee plans as of the date of subscribing. As of July 1st, 2008 the fee plan is as follows:

  • For your convenience and satisfaction, the 1 Month membership will automatically renew upon expiration unless your subscription is canceled at least 3 days prior to the end of the current term. The 3 Day Trial Membership will automatically renew to a regular 1 Month membership unless your subscription is canceled prior to expiration. Members MUST cancel subscriptions by e-mailing jessica@creamsupport.com the following information: member id #, usename, password, and your real name. Cancellation requests without ALL of the required information can not be processed. The cost of renewal will not exceed monthly membership cost at time of members' initial subscription. Cost of renewal will not be affected by any increase in 421 Entertainment Ltd subscription rates.
  • Members may not distribute their username and password to others. This will result in immediate suspension of service. 421 Entertainment Ltd under law must hold the member liable for unauthorized breach of membership.
  • 421 Entertainment Ltd has the right to refuse membership to any individual and has the right to cancel a membership at any time for any reason.
  • Members are responsible to provide all necessary equipment to gain access to 421 Entertainment Ltd web sites.
  • Some trial members may have limited access. Monthly members get 100% access to everything on this site. You can convert your trial membership by upgrading once inside the members area.
  • Any liability of 421 Entertainment Ltd including without limitation under any course of action will be limited to the amount paid by a member for the preceding 12 months. Some countries, states and territories do not allow claims to be limited to exclude incidental damages so the above (paragraph 6) may not apply.
  • All information transmitted via email is deemed public domain material.
  • Memberships are NOT transferable.
  • Without limitation 421 Entertainment Ltd does not offer any warranty to any aspect of the service be it a service provided directly by 421 Entertainment Ltd and/or a 3rd party.
  • This Agreement in its entirety contains the entire agreement between the member and 421 Entertainment Ltd. Any questions regarding this Agreement should be sent to jessica@creamsupport.com. The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America.
